Privacy Statement

Access data/server log files

The provider (or its webspace provider) collects data about every access to the site (so-called server log files). The access data include:

Nname of the accessed website, file, date and time of the access, transferred data volume, report on successful access, browser type including version, operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.

The provider will only use the log data for statistical analyses for the purposes of operation, security, and optimisation of the site. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data if there are specific indications for the justified suspicion of unlawful use.

Handling of Personal Data

Personal data is information that make a person identifiable, i.e. data that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, e-mail address or phone number as well as preferences, hobbies, memberships or the websites someone has viewed.

The provider collects and uses personal data only if the law generally permits this or the users consent to the data collection.

Contact

When contacting the owner (for example via contact form or e-mail), information on the user are stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions.

Comments and Contributions

When users leave comments in the chat or other areas where contributions are logged, their IP addresses may be stored. This is done for the safety of the provider, if someone posts illegal content in the comments and contributions (insults, banned political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the provider may be held responsible even for the comment or post and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

Integration of Services and Third-Party Content

It can happen that third-party content from other websites is integrated into this website, such as YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics. This also means that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party”) can recognize the IP address of the user, because without the IP address they could not send their content to each user’s browser. The IP address is required in order to present this content. We only strive to use such content, and the respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no control over how third parties use such information as an IP address, such as for statistical purposes. Insofar as is becomes known to us, we will share this with our users.
